If you wish to save the trip and pay your traffic fine online for any of the sixty-seven counties please visit www.payflclerk.com to pay the traffic fine. Payment of the civil penalty is considered a conviction and points will be assessed to the driver's record, if applicable.

Infraction violations must be paid within 30 calendar days from the date the ticket was issued. Criminal violations are due on or before the date the court authorizes.

You can pay by phone with a credit card at 305-275-1155. Mail your copy of the citation(s) with the Boating & Wildlife Citation Payment form. You may pay by check or money order. Cash is not accepted by mail.

It can take a week to 10 days for citations to show up in the clerk's system. If you search your citation number and get no results, try again in a few days. Keep in mind you still only have 30 days from the date on the citation to make online payments.

Florida law allows many traffic offenses to be settled simply by paying a fine, but a few carry a mandatory court appearance. Florida's Traffic Court Rule 6.620 requires a mandatory court appearance for traffic tickets if you've been cited for: Leaving a child unattended in a vehicle.

If you fail to pay your fine or appear in court as required, your driver's license may be suspended, and the judge may issue a bench warrant for your arrest. Additionally, if you do not take care of any citations issued by law enforcement officers within 30 days of receiving them, you may be charged with a misdemeanor.

NO SELECTION: If you do not make a selection of pay, school or court within 30 calendar days from the date your ticket was issued, the only option available to you is to pay the traffic ticket penalty in full within 60 calendar days from the date your ticket was issued and be assessed points.

How do I pay a violation? ›

You may pay the fines online through the website of the MMDA, LTO, or LGU that issued the citation ticket, or in person at their respective offices.
