    In a Q1 2020 study of the advertising universe on YouTube in the United States, it was discovered that Apple was the largest advertiser on the video platform in the measured period, having amassed approximately 2.32 billion impressions. TurboTax ranked second, with 1.99 billion advertising impressions on YouTube in the country.

    "Impressions – number of times a particular creative is loaded on a page as estimated by Pathmatics.
    Methodology (Estimating Impressions) - We use statistical sampling methods to calculate impression estimates. We take the sample data from our panels and crawlers and combine it with third-party aggregate data to extrapolate our sample data to market estimates of impressions. Some of the data used in the extrapolation: monthly traffic data for each site tracked; IAB quarterly spend estimates for each tracked format; Facebook and Twitter quarterly earnings reports."
