What is Low Carb Diet

Low carb diet recommends foods that are low in net carbohydrates and high in protein and fat. If you are on a low-carb diet for health reasons I would highly recommend consulting with your doctor, nutritionist, or dietician. This recipe collection simply has meal suggestions that can help you choose low-carb meals and swap some of the high-carb sides that are usually served with Indian foods.
