Once I seached about and saw, somewhere on reddit, that dota is cpu intensive. Honestly lowest settings and highest settings doesn't make significant difference. The highest fps I ever got was playing at 1080p 165hz monitor and pretty stable around 90-165hz. Current specs fps goes from 60-(~200).
