Birth certificate and how to DESTROY the legal fiction (2024)

Upon birth, we are registered with a service corporattion (government) against are will. Since nobody can own another human, a legal fiction or "strawman" is created via the birth certificate. The legal fiction is a paper you, as depicted by your birth certificate. We are often taught that the birth certificate actually represents you. It does not; it does however create a seperate corporate entity; by deception - the legal fiction is created by the spelling of your surname in UPPERCASE letters.

The legal fiction is what one represents when dealing with courts. In courts of law, the, we are often made to represent our legal fiction (birth certificate). Mr, Mrs, Ms or any surname are also legal fictions (a paper you). This allows the crown and state to take right of use of your birth. All collection of taxes are also secured on this document.

The following five minute video will educate you on how your birth certificate enslaves you from birth.Once you have watched the video, scroll down to read how it was created, and what you can do to destroy your legal fiction.

How it was created ?

o In 1302 Pope Boniface the VII comes to power.

o In 1307 Pope Boniface VII created the first express trust in history. This express trust is known as "Unum Sanctum". It registers us as "lost at sea", or an incompitent under maritime admiltary law which is the law of money and courts.

o In 1455 Pope Nicholas the V creates Romanus Pontifix. This is another express trust. It removes your ownful right of your real estate which becomes government property.

o In 1481 Pope Sixtus IV creates Aetemi Regis. This created the commonwealth. Bet you never thought the commonwealth was created by the pope? The queen serves the pope. In the city of London which correct title is "The City of London Corporation", their is one piece of land that is the only piece of land that has no title for it was once owned by the Knights Templar. It is the templar barr. The Pope and his army destroyed the Knights Templar.

o 1531 Convercation - Baptism for catholics - this also surrenders their soul to the previous express trusts that are list above.

Do I have any right to do this?

Yes. As you can see, you were registered into these express trusts from birth. Under common law (Magna Carter) one must not deceive another in their contracts. However the government have done just that; decieved you and your birth parents by registering your birth which has in turn tied you into these express trusts that I list above.

How do I destroy my legal fiction?

It simply requires the legal fiction (strawman) to be destroyed. To accomplish this, one will note that all birth certificates print your surname in "UPPERCASE LETTERS". This is the legal fiction. Converting the surname to "lower case" on the birth certificate document reclaims your dominion as a soverign. Once you have createdyour own birth certificate, one must find a notary whom can act on your behalf to approach the birth and death registar. The newly excepted birth certificate is then prepared and then handed to the birth and death registar together with a new legal document which they must sign which converts the acceptance as an ACT. It then becomes legal.

So as you can see, government has been very busy converting all new borns into their property by registering you into these express trusts...

This is a good reason as any to go and get your soverignty back. You have been deceived in your contracts under Magna Carter, since you never contracted to be be registered into these express trusts without your consent. . Magna carta is the highest law.

Government gave value to your birth when you were born.

Yes, they profiteered from your conception... How? Note your current birth certificate is a bond. What is a bond?
A bond is a form of loan or IOU: the holder of the bond is the lender (creditor), the issuer of the bond is the borrower (debtor), and the coupon is the interest. Bonds provide the borrower with external funds to finance long-term investments, or, in the case of government bonds, to finance current expenditure. Your birth certificate has a bond number. The bond number is written on your birth certificate. Go and lookup the bond number - It is floated on the stock market. The profits made go staright to government... It value as a bond stem back to when the vatican originally created the express trusts which I list above.

Finally...

Now you can see how this all fits together. I am now searching for a notary whom can help me collapse my legal fiction. Notariesare a nightmare, and despite giving them all of this research some will not undertake this work claiming "breach of copyright" since the original birth certificate is copyright of the crown.

If you cant find a notary to sign the legal paperwork to perform the acceptance into the registars of the new birth certificate, then simply having it signed by three people turns the document into a legally binding contract once it has been signed by the registar.
