In general, installing neon underglow lights on your car is legal, but there are specific regulations to follow. Here’s what you need to know before you glow all out:
Neon underglow lights must remain covered and unlit when driving on public roads.
The lights may not flash or include red or blue colors.

There are several reasons for placing these restrictions on lights:
