Their customer service agents must be working on PCs while the sales position accommodates both PC and Mac-users. Outbound sales requires two years or more of experience working in a call center and with cold calls.
2. Allegis Transcription
Allegis Transcription regularly looks for more transcriptionists at all levels – entry-level and experienced – as well as legal transcriptionists. For entry-level transcriptionists, you should be available to do daily training for 2-3 weeks, have a minimum typing speed of 75 WPM, and be both tech-savvy and possess incredible English language skills. Hilton is big on hiring folks to work from home, running their Hilton Reservations and Customer Care department digitally.
